Family - FLEXIBLE - 0 to 2 adults and 0 to 5 children - $240.00 (CAD) Bundle (up to 7 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments This type of membership can be adjusted to suit your needs. It is required that one of the parents signs up for this membership (even if the parent won't become a member).

Once completed, please email LAURIE.CALVERT@ROGERS.COM and specify the number of adults and children who want to become members - please reference your invoice number.

Laurie will adjust the invoice and email it to back to you.

Once your membership is active (approved and payment received), you will be required to log into your account and add the names of the other members.
